I’m not an animator really … but that hasn’t stopped me making some of my comics into pseudo-animations.
This first one is from a performance that Craig San Roque and I did at MONA FOMA 2016. The art and story are from the graphic novel The Long Weekend in Alice Springs
Swallows Part One – a comic reading that I made out of the graphic novel of the same name. I have performed this live many times.
This video below is from a comic that was published in Island Magazine #137. When I perform this live I have fun little guitar pedals plugged into the microphone that go all crazy at the right bits – it’s great fun.
